Town Center Neighborhood Strategic Plan — See Ch. A156.
The legislative body of the Town of Colchester, Connecticut, hereby
approves and adopts the Town Center Neighborhood Strategic Plan, dated February,
1998.[1]
The legislative body of the Town of Colchester, Connecticut, hereby
establishes a Town Center Neighborhood Revitalization Zone Committee by reconstituting
the Town Center Neighborhood Revitalization Planning Committee to become said
Zone Committee.
