No person shall park any vehicle on any street and/or public right-of-way
during snowstorms and/or snow plowing operations.
Anyone violating this article shall be subject to a penalty of $20 for
each violation, payable to the general fund.
Notwithstanding any of the above, the Police Department may order the
towing of any vehicle obstructing traffic or snowplowing operations during
and after a snowstorm.
The East Hampton Police Department shall have the authority to enforce
this article.
