The Town of East Hampton hereby establishes a hearing procedure for
parking violations pursuant to § 7-152b of the Connecticut General
Statutes.
The Town Manager, as Chief Executive Officer of the Town, shall appoint
one or more hearing officers to conduct hearings pursuant to § 7-152b(b)
of the Connecticut General Statutes.
All sections of § 7-152b(a) through (g) of the Connecticut
General Statutes, as amended from time to time, shall be applicable under
this article.
