The Treasurer-Collector shall have the same power and shall use all
means and processes provided by law which town treasurers may use when acting
as collectors of taxes.
The annual report of the Treasurer-Collector shall be submitted to the
Board of Selectmen, for inclusion in the Annual Town Report, on or before
January 15 and shall contain a statement of the amount of taxes and assessments
committed to him for collection and the amount collected thereon, together
with the interest and the amount of uncollected taxes.
