There is hereby created a Board of Health for the Town consisting of
three persons. One member of the Board of Health shall be elected at each
Annual Town Meeting for a term of three years.
The Board of Health shall annually make a written report to the Board
of Selectmen, on or before January 15, to be printed in the Annual Town Report,
showing in detail the statistics of the health and sanitary condition of the
Town, with recommendations for its improvement, together with a full and comprehensive
statement of its work and that of its appointees during the previous year.
Such report shall also contain a detailed statement of the amounts expended
by the Board of Health during the fiscal year.
