"Pursuant to the powers conferred on the Board of Selectmen by the provisions
of MGL c. 138 § 23, and all other power the Board may have, the
Board hereby adopts the following rules and regulations for persons holding
alcoholic beverage licenses within the Town of Blackstone, to be effective
on January 1, 1982."
