The Planning Commission shall appoint a Chair
and Secretary from its members.

The Planning Commission shall hold at least
one regular meeting each month and such other meetings as may be necessary
to transact its business. Each member of the Commission shall have
one vote. Four members of the Commission shall constitute a quorum.
The Planning Commission whether functioning
as a Planning Commission or a Board of Adjustments and Appeals, shall
keep minutes of its meetings and a record of its resolutions, transactions,
findings, decisions and recommendations which shall be a public record.
The Planning Commission shall adopt rules for
the orderly transaction of its business which are not inconsistent
with the provisions of the law or this chapter.
