Chapter 9502 of the Administrative Rules of
the Department of Human Services for the licensing of day-care facilities
is hereby adopted by the City of Breckenridge and incorporated and
made a part of this chapter by reference, including amendments as
from time to time made by the State of Minnesota concerning definitions
and regulations of day-care facilities.
Hereafter, Chapter 9502 of the Administrative
Rules of the Department of Human Services for the licensing of day-care
facilities shall be complied with.
No person shall operate or establish a family
day care, group family day care or a day-care facility without first
obtaining a permit to do so. A special use permit is not required
to operate or establish a family day-care home. However, the Codes
Administrator shall inspect each home that applies for a day-care
license in Breckenridge through the Wilkin County Family Service Agency.
