It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation owning an addition or subdivision of land within the City to represent that any improvement upon any of the streets, alleys or avenues of said addition or subdivision or any sewer in said addition or subdivision has been constructed according to the plans and specifications approved by the City Council, or has been supervised or inspected by the City, when such improvements have not been so constructed, supervised or inspected.
Anyone violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be punished as provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article I, General Penalty. Each month during which compliance is delayed shall constitute a separate offense.

Minnesota Statute Annotated § 440.11 allows home-ruled chartered cities to change the name of their city streets by ordinance. Once said ordinance has been adopted, it must be filed with the County Recorder.

The street formerly known as 8 1/2 Street located within Schweitzer Addition is hereby rededicated as R. Dohman Drive.
