The fees for licenses under this chapter shall be as set forth in the Board of Health ordinances.
In addition to the grounds for revocation of a license set forth in Chapter 142, Licensing, § 142-9, any license issued under this chapter may be suspended or revoked for failure to comply with any provision of the Retail Food Establishment Code, or on Board of Health referral to the Council for violation of the Board ordinances.
