No person shall park on property owned by the Borough unless application has been made to the Clerk. The application shall be on a form designated by the Clerk with the advice of the Chief of Police and shall, among other things, contain a description of the vehicle, make, model and year, with the name and address of the registered owner. After application has been approved and the fee paid, the Clerk shall issue an identifying sticker.

The fee for the vehicle identification sticker for a resident shall be $35 per year. The fee for the vehicle identification sticker for a nonresident shall be $120 per year. The Mayor and Council may from time to time make changes in this fee by resolution.

Parking of vehicles under this article may be limited to residents of the Borough only.
