The position of Violations Clerk of the Municipal Court for the Borough
of Berlin is hereby established.
The Violations Clerk shall receive such annual compensation as the Mayor
and Borough Council shall by ordinance establish.
Said position shall be for a term of one year from the date of appointment,
and the Clerk shall continue in office thereafter until such time as a successor
shall be appointed. The Violations Clerk shall be appointed by Borough Council.
The duties of said Violations Clerk shall be prescribed administratively
by job description to be furnished to said employee upon appointment.
