The position of Purchasing Agent of the Borough
of Berlin is hereby established.
The Purchasing Agent shall receive such annual
compensation as the Mayor and Borough Council shall by ordinance adopt.
Said position shall be for a term of one year
from the date of appointment, and the appointee shall continue in
office thereafter until such time as a successor shall be appointed.
The duties of said Purchasing Agent shall be
prescribed administratively by job description to be furnished to
said employee upon appointment.
