The municipal Tax Assessor shall be required
to work a minimum of eight hours per week for the Borough of Berlin.
The Tax Assessor must be available in the Tax
Assessor's office a minimum of four hours per week.
The weekly hours of the Tax Assessor's Office
shall be every Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The Tax Assessor shall submit to the governing
body a monthly report which shall include a list of all assessments
for residential and commercial property in the municipality, together
with the values of said properties.
The Tax Assessor shall provide the Borough Administrator
with an accounting of all hours worked on a monthly basis.
