In accordance with the provisions of § 315-26, the following regulations are hereby established for the following areas. A map of the areas is on file at the office of the Borough Clerk and is hereby made a part of these regulations.
A.
West Jersey Hospital.
(1)
Edgewood Drive designated a through street. Edgewood
Drive, as named on the aforesaid map, is hereby designated as a through
street for its entire length.
(2)
Parking prohibited on Edgewood Drive. No person at
any time shall park any vehicle on both sides of Edgewood Drive for
its entire length at all times. The exception shall be a forty-foot
patient-discharge-only zone directly in front of West Jersey Hospital
- Berlin. A map of this parking regulation set forth above has been
filed with the Borough.

Painting of curbs; erection of signs. As required
by the Revised Statutes of New Jersey, appropriate curb marking shall
be painted upon the curbing. In addition, appropriate signs in the
form prescribed by law shall be erected and maintained on and in the

shall be prohibited within said parking lots. Speed shall be limited
to five miles per hour.
(2)
The area of Parking Lot No. 1 designated "C" and the
area of Parking Lot No. 2 designated "F" on the map filed with the
Borough shall be fire zones with parking prohibited.
(3)
Painting of curbs; erection of signs, as required
by the Revised Statutes of New Jersey, appropriate curb markings shall
be painted upon the curbing. In addition appropriate signs in the
form prescribed by law shall be erected and maintained at the entrances
and/or exits of the parking lots.
D.
MacDonald's.

(1)
Two signs in the form prescribed by law shall be erected
and maintained at appropriate locations on the MacDonald's parking
lot advising that loitering is prohibited.
(2)
An appropriate sign prescribed by law shall be erected
and maintained near the front of the building adjacent to the drive-through
lane, indicating that there shall be no parking in the area of the
drive-through lane.
(3)
An appropriate sign or markings on the blacktop shall
designate a certain space or spaces for handicapped parking. Parking
of any vehicles other than those identified as being operated by handicapped
individuals shall be prohibited in this space or spaces.
(4)
Appropriate signs in the form prescribed by law shall
be erected and maintained at the entrances and/or exits of the parking
lot indicating whether the opening is for ingress or egress.
(5)
Loitering, parking or entering or exiting the MacDonald's
parking lot other than as provided for above is prohibited.
E.
Berlin Farmers' Market & Shopping Center, Inc.

(1)
All parking shall be prohibited adjacent to the Berlin
Farmers' Market building on the east, west and south sides of said
building. Administrative parking shall be permitted on the north side
of the building in designated parking spots.
(2)
Notwithstanding the prohibition against parking adjacent
to the building on the east side of said building, there shall be
permitted temporary parking immediately adjacent to that portion of
the building on the east side occupied by Tire Kingdom.
(3)
A map designating the parking regulations set forth
above has been filed with the Borough.
(4)
Painting of curbs, erection of signs, as required
by the revised statutes of New Jersey, and appropriate curb or pavement
markings shall be painted upon the curbing by the Berlin Farmers'
Market & Shopping Center, Inc. In addition, appropriate signs
in the form prescribed by law shall be erected and maintained at the
entrances and/or exits of the parking lots by the Berlin Farmers'
Market & Shopping Center, Inc.
(5)
The Berlin Farmers' Market & Shopping Center,
Inc., shall also designate appropriate fire zones and erect signs
in the form prescribed by law designating said fire zones and prohibiting
parking therein.
F.
Bloom Circle Center.

(1)
Parking shall be prohibited in all areas of the Bloom
Circle Center except those areas clearly marked and designated for
parking.
(2)
Painting of curbs, erection of signs, as required
by the revised statutes of New Jersey, and appropriate curb or pavement
markings shall be painted upon the curbing by the Bloom Circle Center.
In addition, appropriate signs in the form prescribed by law shall
be erected and maintained at the entrances and/or exits of the parking
lots by the Bloom Circle Center.
(3)
The Bloom Circle Center shall also designate appropriate
fire zones and erect signs in the form prescribed by law designating
said fire zones and prohibiting parking therein.
(4)
A map designating the parking regulations set forth
above has been filed with the Borough.
G.
Berlin Community School.

(1)
Parking shall be prohibited in all areas of the Berlin
Community School except those areas clearly marked and designated
for parking.
(2)
Any vehicle parked or standing as to obstruct or impede
a normal flow of traffic, block entrances or exitways, any grass area,
or pedestrian walkway or present in any way a safety or traffic hazard,
may be removed by towing the vehicle at the owner's or operator's
expenses.
(3)
All signs, posts, bolts or other necessary materials
shall be installed and paid for by the applicant. Work shall be checked
by the Police Department to ensure installations meet state and federal
specifications, and all signing shall conform to the current Manual
on Uniform Traffic Control Devices.
(4)
Unless another penalty is expressly provided by New
Jersey Statute, every person convicted of a violation of this subsection
or any supplement thereto, shall be subject to a penalty in accordance
with the schedule of penalties adopted for such violation. For violations
for which no penalty has previously been prescribed, the penalty shall
be not more than $50.
(5)
Parking is prohibited at all times in areas marked
and designated as fire zones.
