Single-family attached dwellings. Notwithstanding the provisions of § 128-100A, the following standards shall apply to lots containing single-family attached dwellings:

Maximum
density. In no event shall the number of single-family attached dwellings
approved on a development parcel exceed the number of multifamily
dwelling units which would otherwise be permitted on said parcel.
In the Residential C District, the number of single-family attached
dwellings on a parcel shall not exceed the number of four-family dwelling
units that would otherwise be permitted.

Developments
consisting of single-family attached dwellings shall require both
site plan and subdivision approval.
