The Township of Allegheny shall adopt the revised
local discharge limits as adopted by the Kiski Valley Water Pollution
Control Authority, substantially in the form of a resolution, which
was presented at this meeting and is made a part hereof by reference
only and is on file with the Township Manager.
No person shall contribute, cause to be contributed,
or discharge any industrial wastes into the public sanitary sewage
facilities of the Kiski Valley Water Pollution Control Authority,
except in accordance with the rules and regulations governing industrial
sewer use that have been adopted, or may hereafter be adopted, by
the Authority.
