Any person, firm or corporation requesting or requiring and receiving a police escort by the Police Department of the City of Bradford shall be subject to a service charge as hereinafter provided to be paid to the City of Bradford at the office of the City Treasurer.

The service charge shall be assessed by the City Council or its authorized representative on the basis of the number of city personnel required, the number of city vehicles required, the length of time the escort is required and such other factors as will relate the service charge to the reasonable cost of providing the escort. The service charge shall be not less than five dollars ($5.) nor more than fifty dollars ($50.), and the City Council or its authorized representative, in its or his discretion, may require payment of the service charge in advance.

Any person, firm, corporation or agency requesting a criminal history check by the Police Department of the City of Bradford shall be subject to a processing fee of $10 per request.
