The Town is authorized to accept monetary donations
from charitable donors, which funds are directed to be utilized for
a specific purpose.
The funds shall be set forth on the balance
sheet of the Town describing the specific purpose for which they are
dedicated. Said funds shall continue to be set forth in that manner
until expended for the specific purpose for which they have been donated.
