The Town of Stratford's fiscal year shall be from July 1 to June 30, beginning July 1, 1989.

Tax collections for the above shall be due and payable on April 1, 1989; July 1, 1989; and January 1, 1990; and each July 1 and January 1 thereafter, in arrears.
