The Stratford Town Council is hereby designated
as the SAEP Implementation Organization and is hereby designated as
the SAEP Redevelopment Authority. The terms of office of the members
of the SAEP Redevelopment Authority are concurrent with their terms
of office as elected members of the Stratford Town Council.
The Mayor, Director of Economic Development,
the Project Coordinator SAEP/LRA, the Conservation Commissioner, the
Planning and Zoning Administrator, the Finance Director, a representative
of the State Department of Economic/Community Development (DECD),
the Chairperson(s) of the Planning Advisory Subcommittees, representatives
of the State Legislature from the Town of Stratford and a representative
from private industry shall be ad hoc members of the SAEP Redevelopment
Authority.

consistent with the provisions of the Charter adopted by the Town
on 11-4-2003.
