Out-of-town catering services operating in Stratford must obtain
a license from the Director of Health before selling or offering food
to the public. All such caterers must show proof of licensure by the
Health Department in their primary business location and provide a
copy of the most recent health inspection report on their catering
facility, as well as a copy of their QFO certificate and be in compliance
with the State Public Health Code.
