The use of any automobile trailer or trailer coach for sleeping
or living purposes in the Town is hereby prohibited.
No owner or occupant of any land in the Town shall knowingly
permit the use of any automobile trailer or trailer coach for sleeping
or living purposes upon his property or the property of which he is
in possession in the Town.
As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
Any vehicle which is or may be used as sleeping or living
quarters, which is or may be mounted on wheels and which is or may
be propelled, either by its own power or by another vehicle to which
it may be attached.
Any person who shall violate or take part or assist in any violation
of any provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined
not more than $100 for each offense.
