§ 9-1 Availability.

The Assessors shall make available, at each public library within the Town, and at the Town Hall, a complete valuation list of taxable real property within the Town every year and all tax abatements shall be similarly made available every year.

§ 9-2 Contents of list.

Said list shall include the name and address of each record owner, a brief description or designation of each parcel, the assessed value of the land, the assessed value of each building or buildings, if any, and such other information as the Assessors may consider of public interest.
