Town of Falmouth, MA Article II Traffic Study Committee

§ 29-6 Membership.

The Town does appoint a Traffic Study Committee consisting of seven members as follows:

A. The Board of Selectmen.

B. The Chief of Police.

C. The Commissioner of Public Works.[1]

§ 29-7 Executive officer.

The Chief of Police will designate one member of the Police Department as executive officer of this Committee and to act as a Traffic Safety Officer.
