The Annual Town Election and election of Town officers shall take place
on the third Tuesday in May of each year.

The Selectmen shall give notice, or cause notice to be given, of every
Annual Town Election and of any Special Town Election by posting a copy of
the warrant therefor in the Town office building and a public place in each
precinct and by publishing a copy of the warrant thereof in a newspaper circulating
in the Town at least seven (7) days prior to the date and time appointed for
the opening of the Annual Town Election or any Special Town Election.
