Housing Authority — See Charter, § C4-7.
The Town of Falmouth hereby determines that a Housing Authority is needed
in Falmouth for the purpose of providing housing for families of low income
and veterans in accordance with the provisions of MGL C. 121, § 26K,
as amended by the provisions of Chapter 574 of the Acts of 1946 and as further
amended by Chapter 200 of the Acts of 1948.
A Housing Authority of Falmouth shall be organized, and the Selectmen
are hereby requested to make the appointments of four (4) members of said
Housing Authority.
