Where it is necessary to transport by an automobile or truck any laborers
employed by any department of the Town:
A.
The expenses incurred shall be charged in as "transportation
of labor."
B.
All charges for transportation of labor shall be made
on the basis of so much per hour or per day for the actual time consumed by
the conveyance in transporting the labor.
C.
All expenses for transportation of labor shall be charged
against the appropriation for that particular work on which the transported
laborers are employed.
Any automobile or truck employed by the Town and carrying one (1) or
more laborers whose work is connected directly with the operation of the truck,
or any apparatus or material carried by the truck, shall be charged under
trucking at so much per hour or day and shall not be entitled to any additional
charges for transportation of labor.
