Editor's Note: In approving this article,
the Attorney General disallowed a portion establishing a fee for amending
a license to include a change of premises.

The annual fee for the licensing of an automatic
amusement device, as defined and licensed under the provisions of
MGL c. 140, § 177A, as amended, shall be $75 per machine.
