Editor's Note: This chapter was derived from Section 6.09 of the Town
of Yarmouth Bylaws and was originally adopted 3-10-1970.
It shall be unlawful for any person to drop, throw or otherwise cause
any garbage, rubbish or any other form of litter to be placed on any sidewalk,
street, road, avenue, highway, body of water or any land abutting any sidewalk,
street, road, avenue, highway or body of water within the Town of Yarmouth.

Any violation of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not more
than $300 for each offense.
