Editor's Note: This chapter was derived from Sections 6.22, 6.23, 6.24, 6.28 and 6.30 of the Town of Yarmouth Bylaws. Sections 6.22 and 6.23 were originally adopted in 1915. Section 6.24 was originally adopted 3-10-1953. Sections 6.28 and 6.30 were originally adopted 3-11-1969.
No person without suitable clothing shall swim or bathe in any of the waters surrounding or within the Town within 80 rods of any dwelling house or street so as to be visible therefrom.
No person shall behave in a rude, indecent or disorderly manner or use profane, indecent or insulting language in or near any house or in any public place or on any sidewalk or street of the Town, to the annoyance of any person being there or passing.
No person shall, in any street or other public place, accost or address another person with profane or obscene language.
No person shall, between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., set upon any property, public or private, without permission of the owner thereof, a camp or a tent nor sleep in the open or in a motor vehicle on any property, public or private, without permission of the owner thereof, within the limits of the Town of Yarmouth.
No person, except an officer of the law in performance of his duties, shall enter upon or remain upon the premises of another with the intention of peeking, spying or looking into the window, door or other aperture of a house or other structure, in any manner or upon any person or persons therein.

Any violation of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not more than $300 for each offense.
