No person shall drive any horse, cattle or swine
or permit any horse, cattle or swine under his care to go upon and
over any sidewalk or suffer any horse to remain hitched across any
sidewalk or hitch his horse to or in close proximity to any ornamental
tree standing or growing upon any sidewalk.

Any violation of this article shall be punished
by a fine of not more than $300 for each offense.
