Editor's Note: This chapter was derived from
Section 6.54 of the Town of Yarmouth Bylaws and was originally adopted
4-9-1974.
As used in this chapter, the following terms
shall have the meanings indicated:
A casual sale of used household goods which is not in the
ordinary course of the seller's trade or business.
The following restrictions apply to the conduct
of yard sales:

Any person violating this chapter shall be punished
by a fine of not more than $300 for each offense. Each day that a
violation hereof exists shall be deemed a separate offense.
