Retail food establishments can serve the public between 6:00 am. and
11:00 p.m., with the establishments being closed for the remaining hours of
the day and the public not being served.

A.
All retail businesses located within the Borough of Florham
Park, with the exception of those especially licensed under N.J.S.A. 33:1-3.1
et seq. and 33:1-47.1,[1] shall have hours of operation only between the hours of 6:00 a.m.
and 11:00 p.m., during which time the public shall be served.
B.
Between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., the retail
businesses shall be closed and the public shall not be served.
C.
Establishments licensed to serve and sell products under
N.J.S.A. 33:1-3.1 et seq. and 33:1-47.1 shall be governed by the terms of
the license, but that in no way shall be interpreted to permit other retail
sales as otherwise proscribed by this chapter.
