There shall be a Department of Public Utilities
of the Township comprising the Department of Water and Sewers.
Wherever, within the Code of the Township of
Freehold, the terminology "Department of Water" or "Department of
Sewers" appears, it shall mean Department of Water and Sewers. Wherever,
within the Code of the Township of Freehold, the terminology "Superintendent
of Water Department" or "Superintendent of Sewer Department" appears,
it shall mean Superintendent of Utilities.
