This article shall apply to all premises open to the public or any portion
of the public.
A.
No person, firm or corporation shall engage in or shall
allow, permit or suffer any person to appear on the premises subject to this
article in any act, scene, sketch or other form of entertainment, including
dancing for the benefit of patrons, with breasts or the lower part of the
torso uncovered or so thinly covered or draped as to appear uncovered.
B.
Simulation of sexual activity, even if clothed, is also
prohibited.
C.
Dancers are not permitted to touch or be touched by patrons,
and this includes the placing of tips in the costume of the dancer.
No person, firm or corporation shall employ, allow, permit or suffer
any employee or any other person who comes in contact with or is likely to
come in contact with the patrons of the subject premises to appear in the
presence of such patron with breasts or the lower part of the torso uncovered
or so thinly covered or draped as to appear uncovered.
