Editor's Note: The City of Trenton operates under the Mayor-Council Plan C of the Optional Municipal Charter Law of 1950, N.J.S.A. 40:69A-55 et seq. (L. 1950, c. 210). This plan was repealed by L. 1981, c. 465. N.J.S.A. 69A:208.1 authorizes continuance of this form of government until it is abandoned pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:69A-25.
