[Adopted 9-7-1967 as § 9-14
of the Revised General Ordinances]
In order that appropriate action may be taken
to protect the public health, a code regulating the reporting of certain
diseases or outbreaks of disease is hereby established, pursuant to
N.J.S.A. 26:3-69.1 to 26:3-69.6. A copy of the code is annexed hereto
and made a part hereof without the inclusion of the text thereof herein.
The code established and adopted by this article
is described and commonly known as the "New Jersey Sanitary Code Chapter
II Reportable Diseases of New Jersey (1981)."
Three copies of the New Jersey State Sanitary
Code Chapter II Reportable Diseases of New Jersey (1981) have been
placed on file in the office of the City Clerk and shall remain on
file there for the use and examination of the public.
