§ 15-1 Authority to establish or abolish.

The Board of Trustees may establish or abolish a Bureau of Fire Prevention.[1]

§ 15-2 Establishment of composition, powers and duties.

The Board of Trustees shall establish the composition, powers, duties and responsibilities of such Bureau and may from time to time amend the same.
