From and after the date of this resolution, the election districts of the Town of Hyde Park are hereby lying and being in the Town of Hyde Park, Dutchess County, New York, and within the respective boundary lines of the respective election districts as hereinafter described and as shown on the Election District Map of the Town of Hyde Park attached hereto, made part hereof and filed in the office of the Town Clerk of the Town of Hyde Park on the date of the adoption of this resolution, which said election districts are hereby established and described as follows:
A. 
First Election District.
(1) 
North boundary. Beginning at the intersection of the east bank of the Hudson River and the northerly boundary line of the Town of Hyde Park; thence easterly along the northerly boundary of the Town of Hyde Park to the middle of Route 9.
(2) 
East boundary. From the northerly boundary line of the Town of Hyde Park at Route 9, south along the middle of Route 9 to North Cross Road; thence easterly along the middle of North Cross Road to the east side of Route 9-G, south along the easterly side of Route 9-G to the south side of South Cross Road.
(3) 
South boundary. From the intersection of Route 9-G and South Cross Road, along the southerly boundary of South Cross Road west to Route 9; thence south along the middle of Route 9 to the intersection of the southerly boundary line of the property of the Anderson School; thence west to the east bank of the Hudson River.
(4) 
West boundary. From the intersection of the south boundary line of the property of the Anderson School and the east bank of the Hudson River, north to the point of beginning.
B. 
Second Election District.
(1) 
North boundary. Beginning at the intersection of the east bank of the Hudson River and the south boundary line of the Anderson School property to the intersection of the middle of Albany Post Road (Route 9); thence northerly along the Albany Post Road to its intersection with the south line of South Cross Road; thence easterly along the southern boundary lines of the South Cross Road to Route 9-G.
(2) 
East boundary. From the intersection of South Cross Road and east of the boundary of Route 9-G, south along the easterly exception of Greentree Park.
(3) 
South boundary. Beginning at the East Park traffic light, west along the middle of East Market Street to Church Street; thence along the middle of Church Street westerly to Route 9, north to the middle of Main Street, westerly to the intersection of West Market Street; and thence westerly down the middle of the road to Dock Street; thence westerly along the north boundary line of Dock Street until it intersects with the east bank of the Hudson River.
(4) 
West boundary. From the intersection of the north boundary of Dock Street, north along the east bank of the Hudson River to the point of beginning.
C. 
Third Election District.
(1) 
North boundary. Beginning at the intersection of the east bank of the Hudson River and the south boundary line of Dock Street until it joins River Road; thence along the middle of the road until it joins Main Street; thence along the middle of Main Street to the intersection of Route 9.
(2) 
East boundary. From the middle of Main Street and Route 9, south along the middle of the Albany Post Road (Route 9) to Fuller Lane.
(3) 
South boundary. Beginning at the intersection of Route 9 and Fuller Lane, westerly along the middle of Fuller Lane until it intersects with the east bank of the Hudson River.
(4) 
West boundary. From the intersection of Fuller Lane and the east bank of the Hudson River, northerly along the east bank of the Hudson River to the point that intersects the east bank of the Hudson River and the south boundary of Dock Street being the point of beginning.
D. 
Fourth Election District.
(1) 
North boundary. From the intersection of the east bank of the Hudson River and the south bank of the Webendorpher Creek; thence easterly until it intersects Route 9. Starting again at the intersection of West Dorsey Lane and Route 9, following in a northeasterly direction along the middle of the road to the intersection of East Dorsey Lane and the west branch of the Fallkill Creek.
(2) 
East boundary. Beginning at the intersection of the southerly bank of the Webendorpher Creek and Route 9, following Route 9 along the middle of the road to the intersection of West Dorsey Lane and Route 9. Starting again at the point of the intersection of East Dorsey Lane and the west branch of the Fallkill Creek, southerly along the west branch of the Fallkill Creek to its intersection with the south boundary line of the Town of Hyde Park.
(3) 
South boundary. From the intersection of the west branch of the Fallkill Creek and the south boundary line of the Town of Hyde Park; thence westerly along the south boundary line of the Town of Hyde Park to its intersection with the east bank of the Hudson River.
(4) 
West boundary. From the intersection of the south boundary line of the Town of Hyde Park and the east bank of the Hudson River; thence northerly along the east bank of the Hudson River to the point of its intersection with the south bank of the Webendorpher Creek being the point of beginning.
E. 
Fifth Election District.
(1) 
North boundary. From the intersection of a straight line drawn between the intersection of Violet Avenue (Route 9-G) and Creek Road and the intersection of the east branch of Fallkill Creek and the east boundary of the Town of Hyde Park near the east end of Compton Road; at the point where said straight line intersects the east bank of the west branch of Fallkill Creek, thence northeasterly to the point where the east branch of Fallkill Creek intersects the east boundary line of the Town of Hyde Park near the east end of Compton Road.
(2) 
East boundary. From the point of intersection of the east branch of Fallkill Creek and the east boundary of the Town of Hyde Park; thence southerly along the east boundary line of the Town of Hyde Park to the southeast corner of the Town of Hyde Park.
(3) 
South boundary. From the southeast corner of the Town of Hyde Park; thence westerly along the south boundary line of the Town of Hyde Park to its intersection with the east bank of the west branch of Fallkill Creek.
(4) 
West boundary. From the intersection of the south boundary line of the Town of Hyde Park and the east bank of the west branch of Fallkill Creek; thence northerly along said east bank of the west branch of Fallkill Creek to its intersection with said straight line marking the north boundary line of said Fifth Election District, as above described, at the northwest corner thereof and the point or place of beginning.
F. 
Sixth Election District.
(1) 
North boundary. Beginning at the point of intersection of Violet Avenue (Route 9-G) and Crum Elbow Road; thence easterly along the middle of the road to the intersection of Crum Elbow Road and Cream Street.
(2) 
East boundary. From the intersection of Crum Elbow Road and Cream Street and Rider's Pond projecting in a southwesterly direction along the center of the Fallkill Creek to Roosevelt Road back of Roosevelt Fire House No. 3; thence westerly to Franklin Road Extension; thence down the center of Franklin Road to the south section of Franklin Road, westerly to the intersection of Violet Avenue and Franklin Road; thence southerly to a point of intersection of Violet Avenue and Creek Road.
(3) 
South boundary. From a point of the intersection of Violet Avenue and Creek Road, southwesterly in a straight line from Violet Avenue and Creek Road to Webendorpher Creek.
(4) 
West boundary. From the last mentioned intersection of the east bank of Webendorpher Creek and said straight line forming the south boundary of said Sixth Election District; thence northeasterly along the easterly bank of the Webendorpher Creek as it meanders to its intersection with the east boundary line of Violet Avenue near the Gilbert Brothers Farm; thence northerly along the middle of the road to its intersection with the south boundary of Crum Elbow Road being the point or place of beginning.
G. 
Seventh Election District.
(1) 
North boundary. Beginning at the intersection of the easterly boundary of Albany Post Road (Route 9) and the southerly boundary line of Church Street, easterly to where a projected straight line intersects the westerly or southerly bank of Crum Elbow Creek at a point where said Creek intersects the south boundary line of the East Park Road; thence easterly along the southerly bank of said Crum Elbow Creek to its intersection with the south boundary line of said East Park Road near the north end of Pine Wood Road; thence easterly along the south boundary line of the East Park Road to its intersection with the west boundary of Violet Avenue (Route 9-G).
(2) 
East boundary. From the intersection of the south boundary line of East Park Road and the west boundary line of said Violet Avenue (Route 9-G); thence southerly along the west boundary line of said Violet Avenue (Route 9-G) to its intersection with the westerly or northerly bank of Webendorpher Creek near the Walter Gilbert residence.
(3) 
South boundary. From the intersection of the westerly or northerly bank of Webendorpher Creek and the west boundary line of Violet Avenue (Route 9-G); thence southwesterly along the westerly or northerly bank of said Webendorpher Creek as it meanders to an intersection with the east boundary line of Albany Post Road (Route 9).
(4) 
West boundary. From the intersection of the northerly bank of Webendorpher Creek and the east boundary line of the Albany Post Road (Route 9); thence northerly along the Albany Post Road to the intersection of Church Street and the Albany Post Road being the point or place of beginning.
H. 
Eighth Election District.
(1) 
North boundary. Beginning at the intersection of the middle of Route 9 and the north boundary line of the Town of Hyde Park; thence easterly along the north boundary line of the Town of Hyde Park to the northeast corner of the boundary line of the Town of Hyde Park.
(2) 
East boundary. From the northeast corner of the boundary line of the Town of Hyde Park; thence southerly along the east boundary line of the Town of Hyde Park to the intersection of the center of Fallkill Road.
(3) 
South boundary. From the intersection of the east boundary line of the Town of Hyde Park and the south boundary line of Fallkill Road, westerly along the southern boundary line of Fallkill Road to the intersection of Route 9-G at South Cross Road on the easterly side.
(4) 
West boundary. From the intersection of South Cross Road, Fallkill Road and Route 9-G, northerly along the middle of the road to the intersection of North Cross Road and Route 9-G, westerly along the middle of North Cross Road to the intersection of North Cross Road and Route 9; thence northerly along the middle of Route 9 to the intersection of Route 9 and the north boundary line of the Town of Hyde Park being the point of beginning.
I. 
Ninth Election District.
(1) 
North boundary. Starting at a point where South Cross Road and Fallkill Road and Route 9-G intersect, easterly along the southern boundary of Fallkill Road to a point where Fallkill Road and the east boundary line of the Town of Hyde Park intersect.
(2) 
East boundary. From the intersection of the south side of Fallkill Road and the east boundary line of the Town of Hyde Park, southerly along the easterly boundary line of the Town of Hyde Park to the point where a straight line drawn due west meets the middle and east end of Nub Street.
(3) 
South boundary. Beginning at the east boundary line of the Town of Hyde Park at the point where a line drawn due west meets the north boundary line of the east end of Nub Street; thence in a westerly and southerly direction along the middle of Nub Street to its intersection with the middle of Crum Elbow Road; thence westerly along the middle of Crum Elbow Road to its intersection with Route 9-G on the easterly side.
(4) 
West boundary. From the intersection of Route 9-G and Crum Elbow Road at the traffic light, up the east side of Route 9-G to Greentree Park; across Route 9-G; across the Crum Elbow Creek, a line encompassing all of Greentree Park; back to Crum Elbow Creek; out to the east side of 9-G again; northerly along Route 9-G on the east side of the road to the intersection of South Cross Road, Fallkill Road and Route 9-G being the point of beginning.
J. 
Tenth Election District.
(1) 
North boundary. Beginning at a point where Crum Elbow Road and Nub Street intersect, northeasterly along the middle of Nub Street to the east end of Nub Street; thence due east on a straight line drawn from the east end of Nub Street to the easterly boundary line of the Town of Hyde Park.
(2) 
East boundary. Beginning at the intersection of the boundary line of Nub Street projected due east and the east boundary line of the Town of Hyde Park; thence southerly along the east boundary line of the Town of Hyde Park to its intersection with the point where the east boundary line of the Town of Hyde Park meets the east branch of the Fallkill Creek near the east end of Compton Road.
(3) 
South boundary. From the point of intersection of the east boundary line of the Town of Hyde Park and the east branch of the Fallkill Creek; thence along a straight line drawn southwesterly from the last mentioned point of intersection to the point of intersection of Violet Avenue (Route 9-G) and the Creek Road.
(4) 
West boundary. Beginning at a point where Violet Avenue and Creek Road intersect, northerly to the south Franklin Road Extension; thence east and north on Franklin Road to the intersection of Roosevelt Road, east to the west branch of the Fallkill Creek, northeast up the center of the Fallkill Creek to Rider's Pond and Cream Street and Crum Elbow Road; thence westerly along the middle of Crum Elbow Road to the intersection of Nub Street and Crum Elbow Road being the point of beginning.
K. 
Eleventh Election District.
(1) 
North boundary. Beginning at a point where Fuller Lane and the east bank of the Hudson River intersect, follow easterly along the middle of Fuller Lane to a point where Fuller Lane and Route 9 intersect.
(2) 
East boundary. From the intersection of Fuller Lane and Route 9, southerly to the intersection of Route 9 and the Webendorpher Creek just above Saint Andrews Novitiate.
(3) 
South boundary. Beginning where Route 9 and Webendorpher Creek intersect, along the northerly bank of the Webendorpher Creek as it meanders to an intersection with the east bank of the Hudson River.
(4) 
West boundary. From the intersection of the northerly bank of the Webendorpher Creek and east bank of the Hudson River; thence northerly along the east bank of the Hudson River to the intersection of the east bank of the Hudson River and the middle of Fuller Lane being the point of beginning.
L. 
Twelfth Election District.
(1) 
North boundary. Beginning at a point where Route 9 intersects the Webendorpher Creek, northeasterly along the Webendorpher Creek as it meanders to a point of its intersection with a straight line drawn northeasterly to the intersection of Violet Avenue and Creek Road and the intersection of the west branch of the Fallkill Creek.
(2) 
East boundary. From the intersection of said straight line of the west branch of the Fallkill Creek; thence southerly along the west branch of the Fallkill Creek to the intersection of East Dorsey Lane and the Fallkill Creek.
(3) 
South boundary. Beginning at the intersection of the Fallkill Creek and East Dorsey Lane, westerly along the middle of the road into the middle of West Dorsey Lane to the intersection of Route 9 and West Dorsey Lane.
(4) 
West boundary. Beginning at the intersection of West Dorsey Lane and Route 9, northerly along the middle of Route 9 to the intersection of Route 9 and the Webendorpher Creek.
This resolution shall be effective from and after the date of its adoption by the Town Board of the Town of Hyde Park.
