permittee.
B.Â
All excavation, trenching and backfilling operations
shall conform to these specifications.

during time of construction on existing roads. At no time shall the
length of an excavated trench exceed 500 feet, and the flow of traffic
shall not be impeded during periods of construction where at all possible.
The road shall be left in a passable condition at the end of each
day's work, with appropriate safety and warning devices in place and
operational.
