It shall be unlawful for any retail establishment within the limits of the Town of Mamaroneck, outside the incorporated Villages of Larchmont and Mamaroneck, to store, possess or sell air guns, pellet guns, BB guns, spring guns, slingshots, instruments or weapons which propel a missile or substance which is likely to cause injury to person or property. It shall be unlawful for any person to use or discharge within said portion of the Town of Mamaroneck any air gun, pellet gun, BB gun, spring gun, slingshot, instrument, weapon or other appliance which propels a missile or substance likely to cause injury to person or property.
Violation of this article shall constitute disorderly conduct, and a person convicted of said violation shall be deemed a disorderly person and subject to a fine of $25 for each offense.[1]
