Editor's Note: This local law also repealed former Ch. 219, which consisted of the following: Article I, Idling of Motor Vehicles, adopted 5-4-2005 by L.L. No. 5-2005, as amended; Article II, Residential Parking System, adopted 1-20-2010 by L.L. No, 2-2010, as amended; Article III, Parking Meters, adopted 1-6-2010 by L.L. No. 1-2010, and Article IV, Towing of Motor Vehicles, adopted 7-24-2013 by L.L. No. 3-2013. Further, L.L. No. 9-2018 provided: "All local laws, ordinances and resolutions passed or enacted prior to the effective date of this local law that involve motor vehicles, traffic regulation and parking (included paid parking) in the unincorporated area of the Town of Mamaroneck that are not enumerated […] above hereby are repealed."
