All applications for building permits, special permits and variances are subject to the requirements of Chapter 177, Site Plan Review, of the Code of the Town of Mamaroneck unless specifically exempted from the requirements of site plan approval under § 177-7 of Chapter 177, Site Plan Review. No application for a building permit may be granted unless there has been full compliance with the requirements of Chapter 177, Site Plan Review, and no application for special permit or variance may be granted unless a condition of said granting of a special permit or variance is in compliance with all requirements of Chapter 177, Site Plan Review, where applicable.
