Every owner, operator or manager of a rental
dwelling unit or units located within the Borough shall notify the
Borough in writing of the name and address of each occupant of each
such rental dwelling unit who is 18 years of age or older. Said notice
shall be delivered to the Borough Secretary within 30 days from the
commencement of occupancy for each such occupant.
Any person, corporation, partnership, company,
firm, association, or other entity who shall violate the provisions
of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay
a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $600, together with the
costs of prosecution, and, in default thereof, be sentenced to imprisonment
in the York County Prison for a period of not more than 30 days.
