A.
The following special board presently in existence
is hereby continued:
(1)
Pine-Marshall-Bradfordwoods Joint Police Board.
B.
Membership. Membership in the Pine-Marshall-Bradfordwoods
Joint Police Board shall be as per existing agreement between the
Township of Pine, Marshall Township and the Borough of Bradfordwoods,
and any amendments thereto.
A.
Functions. The functions of this Board shall be as
per the Pine-Marshall-Bradfordwoods Police Agreement dated December
19, 1985, and amendments.
B.
Duties. The duties of the Pine-Marshall-Bradfordwoods
Joint Police Board are as follows:
(1)
The Pine-Marshall-Bradfordwoods Police Department
shall be under the jurisdiction of a joint board to be known as the
"Pine-Marshall-Bradfordwoods Joint Police Board."
(2)
Subject to the provisions of Article VII and Article IX of the Pine-Marshall-Bradfordwoods Police Agreement, the Pine-Marshall-Bradfordwoods Joint Police Board shall be responsible for the operations of the Pine-Marshall-Bradfordwoods Police Department. Such operation shall include but not be limited to:
