Pursuant to the Intergovernmental Cooperation
Act, the Township of Pine is authorized to enter into the intergovernmental
cooperation agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit
A, with the County.[1]

regular office hours.
The Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of
Pine Township is hereby authorized to execute the intergovernmental
cooperation agreement with the County on behalf of the Township of
Pine.
