The Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of
Pine Township is authorized and directed to sign the attached agreement[1] on its behalf, and the Township Secretary is authorized
to attest the same.

Editor's Note: The agreement for the obtaining
of permits by the Township to traverse bridges with posted weight
limits as part of its provision of winter traffic services is on file
in the office of the Township Secretary and may be examined there
during regular business hours.
