Pursuant to the Intergovernmental Cooperation
Act, of July 12, 1972, No. 180, 53 P.S. § 481 et seq.,[1] the terms and conditions of a modification agreement amending
the intergovernmental library agreement of November 29, 1995, a copy
of which such modification agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit
A,[2] which exhibit is incorporated herein by reference, are
hereby adopted.
The aforesaid modification agreement amending
the aforesaid intergovernmental library agreement shall become effective
as specified in said modification agreement when adopted by ordinance
enacted by the Townships of Pine and Richland and the authorized corporate
action of the Board of Directors of the Northern Tier Regional Library
Association.
