The Township of Pine is authorized to participate
in the Merchant Services Program.
The Township of Pine approves the Public Unit
Contract and the PLGIT Participant Agreement[1] substantially in the form presented to the public meeting
of the Township of Pine's Board of Supervisors on April 6, 1998.

during regular office hours.
The officers of the Township of Pine are authorized
to take any actions and to exercise and to execute and deliver any
documents (including, from time to time, additional agreements) as
may be necessary or proper to effectuate Pine's participation in the
Merchant Services Program and to carry out the purposes of this resolution.
